My Soul Knew I Was Meant to connect more deeply

The last few years were filled with changes and hardships, but more clarity.

Before the COVID pandemic struck, I found immense joy in teaching dreamwork and hosting soul-enriching circles. It was a true passion of mine.

However, when the pandemic forced us into isolation, I realized the urgency of supporting women over 50 in building their online businesses through my SoulBiz Coaching. It is crucial for your healing gifts to reach the world. Thriving, rather than merely surviving, is the key to making a meaningful impact in this chaotic world.

Thus, I made a pivot.

Just as I was ramping up, my life turned upside down.

In May of 2020, I experienced a severe health setback when my bowels suddenly shut down due to a radiation-induced stricture from my past battle with cancer.

Yes, I am a warrior!

Emergency surgery at UCSF became necessary to remove a portion of my colon, leaving me with Lower Anterior Resection Syndrome. The journey has not been easy, and the full story is quite lengthy.

However, this experience propelled me to cross the threshold and discover my true purpose: helping women over 50 enter their next chapter of life after experiencing a challenging season.

As I embrace the third act of life, stepping into cronehood, I am letting go of youthful ambitions and turning towards my higher self, my soul, to unearth what lies ahead.

Remember, it's never too late to dream of the future. It just comes with a new perspective: one of fierce wisdom.

“When you do things from your soul,

you feel a river moving in you, a joy.” ~Rumi

My Mission

To walk with women into their wiser years, inspiring them to connect more deeply to their fierce wisdom, to create, play, and dream the mosaic of their life.

My Philosophies and Value Statement

I believe that each person has the capacity to grow, heal, and become their best when given the appropriate environment, guidance, and support.

Although we find resonance in connecting through our similarities, no two paths are the same. Each person is unique in the way they approach life, learning, and coping with change.

My philosophy is to approach each person with conscious intention and attention, intuition, awareness, and a keen sense of where they are, where they have been, and listen closely for insight on the next steps.

Everybody will reach a point in their lives when meaning and purpose becomes deeply important. When that happens it is paramount that the individual step into their wholeness.

Just as there are many different people, there are also many different sets of values that a person holds near and dear. I hold the values of freedom, health, family, spirituality, nature, greater learning, and creative expression close to my heart.

In the Mud

When I'm not coaching, you can usually find me in my happy place ~ in the art studio throwing clay on the wheel. It was challenging to find time to prioritize my pottery until I outlined my definition of success in the SoulBiz Manifesto of Abundance & Success. I realized that when I have time to be in the pottery studio, it's a win for me. So why wait? I immediately started making time in the present to enjoy time in the pottery studio.

It's purely a hobby for me, but I have been known too occasionally sell my pieces.

You can find me over on Instagram @spiritfirepottery where I make posts of my work.
